TAG Heuer Launches First Swiss Luxury SmartwatchÂ
Luxury Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer teamed up with Google and Intel to unveil their first Connected Watch on Monday Nov. 9 at the flagship boutique in NYC. The watch runs Android Wear software and is the first smartwatch to feature an Intel processor.
TAG’s CEO, Jean-Claude Biver says they took great effort to make sure the Connected didn’t look like a smartwatch, but rather the luxury timepieces the 155 year old watchmaker is known for.
The launch was met with excitement and fascination that drew a large crowd of people outside the 5th Ave store who wanted to see the first Swiss Luxury smartwatch -We were there to check out the action and posted some photos below.
