SEG FABRIC GRAPHICS
Silicone Edge Graphics or (SEG) is a tension fabric that is printed using a dye sublimation process and sewn around the edges with a thin silicone strip (or Gasket). The silicone edges around the fabric are inserted into a recessed groove on the perimeter of the frame. The result is an upscale frameless appearance that displays a smooth fabric graphic from edge to edge.
Start by inserting the silicone edge fabric in one corner of the frame and then in the opposite diagonal corner. Next, work from the middle on each side out to the ends until the fabric is stretched perfectly taut. If the instructions are followed correctly the graphic will always be a perfect fit.
Silicone Edge Graphics and Fabric Framing Systems present many opportunities for impactful signage. All frames can be wall mounted, double-sided, free-standing with support feet, or ceiling suspended. Printed and fabricated in any size the options are literally endless.
Color Accurate Printing
Using a state of the art direct dye sublimation printing process, fabric graphics display a vibrant color density that is unmatched by any printer. With over 15 years of experience in color management, fabric graphics are assured to be color accurate every time.
Lightweight & Portable
Silicone Edge Fabric is easier to ship and store than traditional signage applications. Folded neatly, fabric takes up much less space than a rigid substrate. The framing system is simple making it easy to disassemble and transport.
Silicone Edge Framing Systems display fabric graphics with a frameless appearance that is popular with upscale venues. Once the fabric is stretched taut over the extrusion and the silicone gasket is tucked into the channel grooves around frame, the graphic exudes luxury.
