Printed See-Through Signage on Glass Windows

The storefront windows at Ted Baker on 5th Avenue in New York City are huge, and considering the location, make this a valuable space for signage that will inspire shoppers to walk in.

Outside the two story store, Ted Baker used a perforated vinyl that adheres to the outside of window glass.  The small holes or perforation in the vinyl give the signage a see-through appearance from inside the store, while displaying the graphic clearly from outside.

Each window is at least 8’ x 12’ so the graphics were printed in 2-pieces and installed together to look like one large image.

Perforated Vinyl is being used by many brands and retailers, including McDonalds, as a preferred option for window glass signage because of its see-through property.

40 VISUALS did not print the perforated vinyl for the Ted Baker storefront, but does produce the same product for many luxury clients.  We call our product Invisa-View and is available in any size depending on the window space.  For large graphics like the ones at Ted Baker we recommend using our national install service.
